We define "junk food" as traditional ready-to-eat food products in which greater than 70% of calories is derived from sugar or syrup products, or greater than 30% of calories is derived from saturated fat or any amount of trans fats.  This can include highly processed foods- including some cereals and snacks.

The products we offer exceed the standards of the Alliance for a Healthier Generation, School Nutrition Association, and the NYS Choose Sensibly List.

Our products contain no trans fats, no artificial flavors, no MSG, no high fructose corn syrup (currently being renamed by the corn refiners to "corn sugar") , no artificial colors, no chemicals, no preservatives... nothing genetically engineered and use only the finest organic ingredients.  We do not support products that indicate "hydrogenation".  Many of our pure wholesome products come in the popular 100 calorie serving sizes.  We have products to meet specific nutritional needs such as vegan, vegetarian, wheat free, dairy free, gluten free, nut restrictions, low sodium, high fiber, diabetic, low fat or kosher.

It is our intention to provide healthy, tasty, nutritious and conveniently packaged snack foods on the go.  By providing an alternative to unhealthy snacks, you no longer have to choose between convenience  and nutrition.
